Youth and Team Training

Here at Vital Fitness we believe kids can and should start strength training early! They should learn to lift safely with proper technique and form to realize the benefits of strength training.

We customize training to meet the needs of each athlete whether the goal is general fitness or a desired outcome in a specific sport.

With the ultimate goals of building confidence, improving sport performance, and preventing injuries, training can be programmed to:
